We are looking for a junior scientist with a background in organic and analytical chemistry to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in industry, contribute to meaningful innovation, and learn directly from experienced scientists.
Who we are looking for
- A recent BA or MA graduate in chemistry or a related field
- Someone not planning to pursue a PhD but eager to learn through applied work
- Interested in sustainable chemistry and how science can be used to address global challenges
- Motivated, curious, and excited about developing new materials
- Enjoys solving real-world problems and isn't afraid to experiment
What you will do
- Support the development and optimization of keratin-based materials
- Assist in lab-scale synthesis, testing, and data analysis
- Work alongside a cross-functional team that includes science, engineering, and product development
- Learn industry-standard lab practices and safety procedures
- Contribute ideas and take part in hands-on innovation
