Yev Kravt is an independent curator based in Amsterdam, with a focus on contemporary art, (bio)design and digital art, fostering diversity and inclusion. From 2021 to 2023, she served as the curator of the 3rd Larnaca Biennale in Cyprus, where she curated several exhibitions around the theme Home Away From Home, which was visited by over 60,000 visitors. In recent years, she has curated several exhibitions, BODY HEAT at Droog in Amsterdam and North Sea Jazz Festival in Rotterdam. Yev was closely involved in the exhibition ME/YOU, US/THEM, which showcased the work of artists, designers, and architects exploring the complexities of identity, the interplay between ‘me’ and ‘you’, and the dynamics of ‘us’ and ‘them’. She also co-founded and curated the first BioDesign Festival in Cyprus. Yev is a collaborator of the NGO Art for The World, contributing to projects that engage with contemporary social and environmental issues. With a decade of experience, Yev has worked in various capacities with several with leading institutions like Foam Photography Museum, Het Nieuwe Instituut, Droog Design, and the Biennale of São Tomé and Príncipe. She champions hybrid curatorial practices that bridge physical and digital spaces.
