Anshika Gauri Agrawal is an emerging artist from Delhi whose work explores themes of depression, mental illness, human connection, and surreal experiences. A graduate of the College of Art, Delhi, she has been drawn to creative expression since childhood. Her paintings often depict “Banjarans,” or wanderers, searching for a home in infinite landscapes, reflecting a journey of self-realization. Influenced by the cosmos and human consciousness, she sees painting as a tool for reaching higher realms. Hair is a recurring motif in her work, symbolizing both wisdom and ignorance, intertwining with nature to create a sense of oneness between the universe and the self. Through her art, she seeks to inspire mindfulness, love, and emotional healing.
