Geny Iorio is a Milan-based designer and educator specializing in textile and fashion design. She is known for experimenting with materials, recovering artisanal techniques, and blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design. Geny collaborates with various fashion and design companies to create collections and fabric patterns. In addition to her design work, she teaches at institutions like Politecnico di Milano, NABA, and Ferrari Fashion School. Her innovative use of traditional techniques, such as bobbin lace, and organic materials like artist’s hair, has been a key feature of her career since 1993.
