Pi Pa Piwosz is a sculptor whose work explores the intersection of sculpture, installation, performance, and dance. She often collaborates with artists from various disciplines to create multifaceted projects, uncovering the performative qualities of sculpture through sound and movement, a practice she calls crafting Sentient Structures. Her art is deeply rooted in recycling, slow fashion, zero waste, and DIY culture. Pi Pa designs costumes, performance sets, and sculptures using repurposed materials such as fabrics, furs, and hair. Currently, she is working on an installation in Poznań where real hair plays a central role, symbolizing the connection between mental and physical health and cultural identity.
